Folder user access in Report Server - display user full name instead of DOMAIN\USERID?
Hello,
I installed Report Server and I have the following issue: when trying to set a folder access audience, in the folder Security tab I can only see domain and users ID's, for example ED1\H987023. This makes it very difficult to manage user access rights as a full user name is missing.
Can anybody suggest a solution?

You should create a specific AD group that keeps the information of users who are permitted to access folders... then add this user in Folder Security.
1- It is easy to manage from 1 place
2- You have your names in AD group to search and add it.
