Folder navigation role missing in Mar 2018 version (PBRS)

Hi, I've upgrade our DEV environment of PBRS from Oct 2017 to Mar 2018 and have noticed that the "Folder Navigation" role is now missing. It was useful of access premissions.

Does someone also faced tis thing? And is it indeed removed from new version or I did anything wrong while the upgrade?
