Fiscal Report Design

Hi,

 

I want to design a Fiscal report attached, i have no idea how to achieve in Power BI. Is this possible or would i have to break this down and present it in different tables / Dashboards if possible ?

 

I am new to PowerBI.

 

Any help appreciated.

I think you can achieve this requierement with a matrix
