Finding stores audit counts reports

I was told that I needed to go into Power BI, but not shown how to find our store's audit counts reports. Each employee is suppose to scan a minimum of 1,800 items a week but the Zebra's and Spa's no longer show our individule counts. Can anyone on here show me how to get to that report?

Hi @mh41926,

Thank you for your query. To locate your Store Audit Counts report in Power BI and review each employee’s weekly scan totals, please log in to https://app.powerbi.com with your work credentials. Once logged in, check the left panel under Apps or Workspaces for an app or workspace titled Store Audits, Inventory Scans, Operations Dashboard, or a similar name specific to your company.

Within the app, look for a report named Store Audit Counts or Item Scanning Report. You can filter by store name/ID, employee name, and date range to view scan activity and individual counts, which will help you confirm if the 1,800 item weekly target has been reached. You may also export the data to Excel via File -> Export -> Excel or add the report to your favorites for easy future access.

If you are unable to find the report or receive an Access Denied message, please contact your store manager or Power BI administrator for assistance with access and permissions. Once you have access, saving the report to your favorites will streamline future reviews. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Contact your organization's Power BI report owner or IT department. They control access and can provide the specific URL and permissions for your store's reports.
