Based on your information, I create a sample table.
Right-click the Data Region and select Properties. In the properties dialog box, go to the Filters tab and click the Add button to add a new filter.
In the new filter expression, set the Expression to the field you want to filter on. For example, set Name, set the Operator to <> (not equal to), set the Value to a null value, and enter nothing.
