Filter a report in Power BI Report Server using query string parameters in the URL

Hi All, 

I would like to create a dynamic url like this -   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-url-filters

using apps in Power BI Report Server. Is it available this feature ?
