Few users unable to access power bi server report

We have published Power BI RS and able to access it through server, however few users they are getting below error though they have access to it. Any Suggestions

Error Message: "An Unexpected Error Occured"

Hi @Manikanta ,

The service trace log contains very detailed information that is useful if you are debugging an application or investigating an issue or event.

An error log file is stored in the installation folder (typically, Program Files\Christiansteven\PBRS). You can also view the log file from the System Monitor.
