We cannot save "New Scheduled Refresh Plan" in any of our PowerBI server reports. The current setup schedules are working fine, but we are not able to modify/create any of them.
We can modify any other information from the reports, but no the scheduled refresh plans.
Any idea what could be causing this?

At the end, the issue was related to the URLs and IPs used by the web and service for the report server. I will suggest you to check this settings if you experiencing a similar issue

We are on the Build 15.0.1110.120, so we are on the "bugged" one. We will update and let you all know how it went

What version of Report Server are you using? There was a bug like this in the initial release for the Sep 2022 release, but there was an update last month which should have fixed this. If you are running the Sep 2022 release have you installed the latest update?
Unfortunately, after moving to the new version 15.0.1110.135 we are still experiencing the same behaviour. Any other ideas?
