How I could resolve this error
My data is connect to local excel sheet & another google sheet & I found this error disabled my auto-refresh
I tried to edit the google sheet credential, but the error exists

According to my observations, your web is not reporting errors, which means that there is no problem with your Google file, and the problem may be on local excel. I just tested and after uploading a Power BI file imported from excel, it had the same error as you in data source validation.
Click Edit credentials, then set the level of privacy you want for your data source, and click Sign in
The error disappears
