Exporting to Excel, Ranking information exports bad data. Export Sales Counts and rank based on

When exporting a retailer ranking report to excel, the retailer sales export fine, but the rankings come over as 1, 2, or 3 and not with the rank displayed on the report. Is there a setting that helps get the rankings to come over as they are displayed on the report. This issue just came up this month. The same report was exporting fine until Jun/July 2019.
