Export links to my reports

Can someone explain how to export a clickable link for all my reports at report server with api or powershell?

Hi again! For example, I have a report where the path is Folder1/Folder2/reportname but the link is with symbols like "%" and so one. I need a list with all the links so people just can click on them so the browser opens the right report, not find it through the path.

Thanks @lbendlin! I have tried but find no alternative to get a clickable link to all reports, only "path". Do you know if it is possible?
