Excel workbooks and Office Online Service

I'm working on the configuring a power BI report server to be able to host Excel workbooks using Office Online Server (OOS). I've been following the steps as mentioned on this page (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/reportserver-excel-oos/) and having issues at the Verify that the Office Online Server farm was created successfully step as I put that address in, and it just takes me to the server page where all the reports are listed. Am I missing a step here, in order to find the web application open platform interface protocol discovery xml file within the web browser?

Use the Office Online Server address to see the discovery document e.g. http://OOS_server_address/hosting/discovery

Does that work for you?
