Excel file on Teams as data source for Power BI Premium

Hi,

My client has Power BI Premium and would like to use an Excel file they use for team sharing purposes on Teams either:

- As data source for their local Power BI instance

- As data source on a Power BI I am developing on my computer

How can I do these?
