Excel export creates a duplicate group

I have a created a report that groups items based on a certain value.  When I export the report as an excel file a duplicate group is created.  None of the other export options creates a duplicate group.  Is this a known bug and is there a workaround for it.  Here is a link to an Excel and Word version of the exported report so you can see the strange results that I am getting with the Excel export:  https://sftp.velco.com/public/folder/358nezuIhU23Cx4nL3-fOA/PowerBI_Report_Issue
