Errors occured during data refresh

We are using Power BI Report Server Version 1.11.7815.2641

The connection to PostgreSQL works fine (see connection sucessful below)

However, system returns an error message when trying to refresh the data.

Would you kindly help with this error ? Thanks.

DataSource.Error: PostgreSQL: 08P01: No such user: ServiceGRCMPBIRSPROD. DataSourceKind = PostgreSQL. DataSourcePath = ddlgpmprd11.us.dell.com: 6420;gp_ns_ddl_prod. Message = 08P01: No such user: ServiceGRCMPBIRSPROD. ErrorCode = -2147467259. ;PostgreSQL: 08P01: No such user: ServiceGRCMPBIRSPROD. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

Hi @johmedrano ,

  Can you try once  uninstall Power BI Report Server and drop the ReportServer database and install it again.

Is this issue for all reports or just for the reports connecting to PostgreSQL? And does it work before?

Maybe you can try to uninstall Power BI Report Server and drop the ReportServer database and install it again.
