Error with custom visualization
Hello, I have an error when I try to open a report containing a custom visualization. The visualisation comes from AppSource (It is the sankey chart from MS) : Using it on PowerBI Desk...
I was wrong on my first analysis, the issue was not on the custom visual in fact. I focused on this as it was the first report using a custom visual I published on my report but I just forgot to use the right service account for my datasource and the issue was with the access to data.
So problem solved but nothing to do with visual.
This seems to be a solution when the issue is in PowerBI desktop. I have the opposite issue. Everything works on my PowerBI Desktop but report oesn't work on my Power BI Report Server. My report server has no access to internet. it is on an offline network. Do I need to somehow import the visualization to the server? couldn't found anything related.
