Error when connect to MySQL

The error is not attached, we really just need to know the error text to get a hint on how to help here.

We received the following error

this connector requires one or more additional components to be installed before it can be used

Then as suggested in this link https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75367004/power-bi-missing-mysql-connector-even-though-i-installed-it we installed older version and the issue is fixed
