    Found the problem. I had to change a service account from Virtual to Network Service.

Like : Reporting Services Configuration Manager / Service Account / Use built-in account: Network Services ? I tried this and still same error. Thank you

It still mignt a problem with accessing the report server database. Check if you can access it with creadentials you are using.
