Error in visual formatting when upload to Report Server (May 2020)

Hello community, first time posting here 😀 

As I want to say hi, I have some problems when upload to the report server.

When I upload it look like this:

 Whereas it should look like this:

 It seems like all the backgrounds in each visual are gone.

Do you guys have any ideas to solve this? I'm glad to hear your opinions.

Report server: Version 1.8.7485.35104 (May 2020)

I am not sure if many people faced it before.

Can you please share the pbix file containing the layout of your report after removing the data? Let me check this by publishing on my server and see if this happening at my side too

I tried to publish to PBI Service and upload to my laptop's local report server, and there is no problem, just have problem when upload to the customer server...

check any server level format settings applied !

Hi, we're currently not having any server level formatting change (and didn't expect to have that kind of setting in Report Server).

Do you know where is that setting located?
