Hello,
When I try to connect to the postgre database the following error appears:
"Could not connect to data source using an encrypted connection. To access this data source using an unencrypted connection, click OK.
After I click OK, another error message appears:
"Cannot authenticate with the provided credentials. Please try again."
I already checked my username and password. It's all OK.
Does anyone know what can it be?
Hello @Anonymous ,
First thing I would check is the official documentation: and make sure you are respecting the supported authentication (User and Pass and NOT Windows)
If these are OK ... next step is to open a support ticket .
If you liked my solution please give it a thumbs up 👍.

Thank you !
