    After researching and investigating, it appears that other users are experiencing similar problems and we have reported to the internal ICM：293668518

Hi id013 ,

 

As the documentation says, if you set EnableCDNVisuals to False, custom visuals are required to be loaded from reports that have been published to the server.

Please try to publish the report to the report server first and then set EnableCDNVisuals to False again.
