Embedded a report in a public web

I have already embedded a report in a public web. I created a fairly complex DB and made generic reports, then on this DB I created several equal reports filtered by user. As soon as I try to encapsulate these reports in a public web page, I don't get the menu item. If I try with other reports the menu item is visible. What can it be.
