Email Subscription

Dear all, I have a tiny issue.  The reports I am sending via email, are shown very small on outlook, so the end user has to zoom in. As I am using Tableau as well, this is not hapenning with Tabl...

Hi miketsilis ,

Before subscribing to the report, ensure that the report layout is optimized for email viewing. This might involve adjusting the size of visuals and text within Power BI to ensure they are legible even when scaled down.

Since the issue might also be related to how Outlook renders the email, I recommend checking if there are any settings within Outlook that might be affecting the display size of the email content. This could include DPI settings or zoom levels set by default on the email client.

 

Although direct control over email zoom levels isn't currently available, the Power BI team is continually improving the service based on user feedback.
