Dynamic prior month dates in Paginated Report , Report Builder

Dears, 

In Report Builder, we have user prompts, categories, Policy Date,

1) I want to add 'ALL' to the Categories prompt (like All Category)

2) want to implement dynamic date prompt like , when a user enters any date its automatically calculate prior month first day to Last day for the prior month.

could you please suggest/refer to me, how we can achieve the above?

thank you for that, but my requirement is different.

1. Report should run automatically, previous month 1st to last day, 

2. if the user selects a date then based on that automatically run the previous month's date, e.g let's say if I select any date in Feb 2022, then the report should run Jan month 1st to the last day.
