Do the PBIRS updates include the updates for SSRS?

We upgraded to PBIRS last year and have applied updates as they are released.  A developer of paginated reports was asking if PBIRS updates include the updates that are made to SSRS.

Looking at the Change Log for PBIRS and SSRS, I don't see the same types of changes made to PBIRS as are being made to SSRS:

Does anyone know if the PBIRS updates include the updates for the SSRS functionality that is built in to PBIRS?
