Disable permissions
Hello ,
I have 4 role in Power BI Report Server (Viewer,Admin,...) , i want to allow user to download report , edit RLS and disable Remove option . I don't want to allow a user to remove a report on server. It is possible ?

I'm afraid it is not supported to allow a user to download reports and edit RLS, but not to delete reports. They are in one task, and can't be split.
