Different filters by Different Users Access

Hello there,

I have created one dashboard for my customer where we have filters for 3 different markets on Power BI Report Server. What my customer wants that there should be only one dashboard but with different users access for market. For eg : if there is a customer from France Market , he can only see the data from france and if its another market let say Beneleux, he can only see Bneleux data and not data from France Market. 

I don't know if its possible or not. If it is, can anyone tell me how its possibe?
