Detect Role at Login to Filter Items

All - 

I have a dashboard created in Power BI that is able to detect the user roles and shows them all the users that report up to that manager.

I am trying to created a measure that will detect the users that roll up to the manager and the rest of the org.

I want to see a % of my employees that passed the test and want to compare that to my peers.

MEASURE = (My EMPLOYEES that passed the test/My Total Employees) - (The rest of the ORG Employees that passed the test/The rest of ORG totals)

Now I want to detect my employees at login (it is easy) but I want to also detect the rest of the organizations employees to give me my measure above. 

Is this possible? Please let me know!! Feedback is greatly appreciated.
