Decentralize account permissions on power bi service

Hi everyone,
I create a report using Power BI Service and I have set it up to be accessible from the internet, But I don't know the permissions to create account A access from IP local, account B access from internet

If you have different audiences you create different reports, and consider placing these in different workspaces (or use a Premium workspace with Audiences.
