Daylight Savings and E-mail Subscriptions

Do I have to adjust this twice per year, as PowerBI bases everything off UTC for e-mail subscriptions?

 

The daily e-mail went out at 3pm PST today off the back of yesterday's daylight savings. It still says 4pm as Pacific Time.

    The e-mail also came in at 4pm today. I would assume that tomorrow it will start coming in at 4pm as is normal behavior.
