Database setup during configuration:

Hi,

Can we create an empty database and then use it while configuration of report server for first time?

What I mean is, instead of selecting create new database while configuration, can I select use existing report server database and then select an empty database that is created prior to this?

We are using different servers for report server and database.

      I cannot create a new database using configuration manager. I am trying to find an alternative for setting up database first and then point to. In our org we don’t have existing report server or power bi database.
