Data Gateway Cluster is not showing

hello all,

My colleague created an on-premise gateway on the server it self and gave me the name of the gateway.

The problem is that this should appear automatically on the list of data gateways in power bi right?

if yes,

its not showing for me and I tried each and every way to show it but its not working.

if no, 

then how can I show this on- premise gateway on my power bi gateway clusters?

Did you login the gateway with the account you want to using it? You might post your issue in the wrong forumn, The gateways are intended for the Power BI Service (cloud) to access on-premises data. not for the report server.
