Custom visuals dont work on chrome

Hello..

I have PBI report server may 2021

and I face same problem in earlier versions...

some custom visuals doesnt work on some browsers  on some devices..

E.g. Scroller

** my PC

1- Chrome: not working

2-Edge: working

** my Friend PC

1- Chrome:  working

I dont know why is this Issue...

can you help me solving it?

What's the version of Chrome? And what's the version of PC? Are there any differences?

@Anonymous You'll likely have to contact the original creator of those visuals. Strange since Edge uses the Chromium engine.
