Hi All this has probably been covered so please direct me if so.
We use PBIRS and have 2 egde browsers the same settings and version , however I can see custom visuals along with loads of users on a particular report. One particular user cannot - they seem to want to load then are just blank.
Literally only 1 user on a laptop.
Any ideas or help with this? Many thanks

Clear the cache and test in InPrivate mode and also check PBIRS version compatibility and network restrictions.
You can find more troubleshooting details here: Troubleshoot custom visuals in Power BI Desktop for Power BI Report Server - Power BI | Microsoft Le...
,also try to rename the "Edge" folder on your local computer, within your %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft
