I recently started digging a new rabbit hole called Power BI Paginated Reports.
I love the idea that you can use existing data from your Power BI dataset and export e.g. invoices.
That make me think about possibilities but also limitations to a future project.
I want to find out if it is possible to use Power BI Report Builder to make a template for the sales persons in a organization, based on a dataset that contains parameters as products, prices, term-duration etc. So in order to make a sales offer for a customer, they can custom select products line by line and the report would automatically SUM the selected products. Thereafter they can export the template as a PDF and send it to a potential customer.
I've tried looking for this particular use case for paginated reports on the web, but with no luck. My AI buddy (ChatGPT) says its possible, but I don't trust all his "I want you to be happy" answers.
