I have applied branding to my Power BI Report Server. The business wants a way that all our customers can click a button somewhere on the Report Server (not inside a dashboard) and be sent to a URL where the customer can submit a support ticket. I'm yet to figure out how to do this. I have noticed if I click the logo in the top-left of the page, it re-directs back to the home page. If I was able to configure that URL when clicking on the logo image, that might solve my problem. Also, if I could configure the help menu, that also might solve my problem. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you for your help.

One work-around is to insert a "KPI".
Value: 'Set Manually' = "Submit Ticket"
Goal: 'Not set'
Status: 'Not set'
Trend set: 'Not set'
Visualization: 'None'
Related content: 'Custom URL' = "[URL to support ticket]"
Check 'Direct navigation'

I'm afraid not. We only have the right to edit the content but can't change the page configuration. Maybe you can try to put the link on the report title, and then set the favorites, so that you can see it once you open the homepage, and copy and paste it to use.
