Coverting SSRS reports (.rdlc) to PowerBI Service

Is it possible to migrate .rdlc files, not .rdl files to PowerBI service using the RDL migration tool?

We have .rdlc local reports as the SSRS report server was turned off and would like to migrate these reports to PowerBI service.

According to this post https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1079162/when-to-use-rdlc-over-rdl-reports#:~:text=Q%3A%20What%20.... Both file share the same schema so it should be possible to try just renaming them from .rdlc to .rdl and then use the migration tool
