Couldn't upload .rdl file to Power BI Report Server

Environment:

Power BI Report Server Version1.14.8179.37378(May 2022) Developer 
Power BI Report Builder v15.7.1797.84
Power BI Desktop(RS) 2.105.1143.0 64-bit (May 2022)

Description:
I could upload .pbix file to Power BI Report Server successfully. However, I couldn't upload .rdl file to Power BI Report Server and the error message occured just as below.

Are you able to provide more information about the error? You can get the relevant information in the log file corresponding to the following path.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles
