Could not share power bi report builder with customer

I have created a power bi report builder and published it then share the url with customer 
but the customer faced an issue when he open the report it was 
" Access to this report requires a Premium license." 
so the customer does not have a Premium license. 
is there any way to share with him a report

Hi, @amal_01 

If your users do not have the corresponding license, you can share it with your users in the following ways:

You can subscribe or export the file and send it to your users' mailboxes:

Either buy the licenses that correspond to your users or buy an F64 license yourself and publish the paginated report into an F64 capacity, which will allow your users to access it without a license, which is completely legal and within the Fabric/Power BI licensing structure.
