Helper IICould not load folder contents
After installing and configuring power bi report server, I added a new user and assigned System Administrator role. Followed instructions in "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services...

Actually it's the same as for a subfolder. When you navigate to the Home page (https://<your server>/reports/browse=) as an administrator there's an option "Manage Folder" next to the options "New", "Upload" and "Tiles".
When you click that on "Manage Folder" you can set the security for the Home folder. Add those user(group)(s) with Browser-role to that folder.

Helper IIAlso, the user that installed and configurred power bi server can login to the web portal without any issues and create accounts. Issue is newly created accounts get the prompt.
