Hi,
I keep on getting this kind of lines in RSPowerBI log (on-prem PBIRS JAN2020):
2021-03-05 09:13:58.8978|INFO|10|Connection dropped. DOM\user1 10.33.153.142: GET /api/explore/reports/<Report GUID>/modelsAndExploration, Elapsed time 0:01:40,0443936| RequestID = ...
It occurs for users connecting from remote locations. The same requests execute without trouble when sent from local network.
I just cannot put a finger on it. Will appreciate any input.

Report Server is a on-premises server, I doubt you can access from external location with API request.
