Conditional formatting by values on PBI Desktop Designer Optimized for RS (Release August 2018)

Today I installed the August 2018 release of the PBI Desktop Designer  optimized for Report Server (On-premise) .

I managed to locate some of the new features such as Theiming and Print to PDF, but for some other features like "Conditional Formatting by Values" does not seem to be there. I tried connecting directly to SQL Server and/or SSAS Tabular but the same thing.

What I am looking for is the ability to change the color of the Guage visual to become red when its value crosses some other predefined threshold.

Please advise...
