Colorful display of Reports in report server

How can I display my reports as displayed above in Report server?

Themes can be used to build visualizations in desptop reports. I am speaking about the folders and report files on the on premise report server.  Currently the display is a simple plain icon display . I want colorful icons with a small preview in the icon of the graph

Yes and No.

You can't display Power BI Reports like that. This "colorful preview" is related to KPIs and Mobile Reports, however, I don't recommend to use the Mobile Reports functionality, once you could better use Power BI Report for that (but without the beauty preview).

Those 2 types of reports are KPIs and Mobile Reports.
