Coding a quote in url report containing filter

Hello, I access power bi report on server using url containing a filter command as 'url?filter=table/field eq 'value'.

The value of the field contains a character ' which is interpreted as the end of the command filter. 

How do I code this character ' in the filter to avoid this ? Please
