Clarification on Power BI Premium

Hi All,

We are having customer engagements and they are looking into Power BI Premium. So, we have some clarifications on that. Customer userbase is around 1000+ in Asia.

1. On Azure.
   
   The customer has an Azure subscription and a lot of Azure VMs to support different business units. They also have heavy reporting requirements & therefore considering Power BI.
   
   Q: Is Power BI premium suitable for this customer? What kind of recommendations should we suggest to them especially for Power BI Premium?    
   
   
   
2. On-Premises
   
   The customer has SharePoint 2016 On-Premises environment as well and wants to use internal business processes that must not be exposed to the Cloud due to security concerns and governance rules.
   
   Q: Can we use Power BI Report server for their On-Premises deployments?

2. Power BI report server is a on-premise solution which behinds firewall. Power BI report server supports Power BI reports, SSRS  Paginated reports and mobile reports. For more information, you can refer to articles: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/get-started

Some other questions that customer asked

1. When we purchase Power BI Premium the Power BI Gateway is automatically installed. Is it true or we have to install as an add-on? 
   
   
2. If the customer has Office 365 and Azure subscription in the cloud and they also have On-prem SharePoint 2016. Have they to purchase the only one License for both cloud AND  On-Prem?
