Chrome and IE display difference for my text box

Hello,

Descrition: 

I have created a report in power Bi uploaded to report server. In order to access report from web browser some people are using Chrome and Some are using IE 11(Internet Explorer). We have a scatter chart and a text box as a axis title to that chart. 

Issue:
My problem is, chrome is displaying text properly for Y axis. But when we open same report in IE it shows inverted image. Please see the image below.

Please suggest me the solution for this.
