Changing datasources programmatically

Hi,

we needed to change original data sources (mostly just connection strings) programmatically. We decided to use PowerShell and https://github.com/microsoft/ReportingServicesTools. At first glance in the PowerBI web app, it seems that everything is working (data sources successfully changed and tested). However, if we schedule data import or open a report in PBI Desktop App - data sources are still the old ones.

Any idea how to approach this?

Many thanks for your response.

Br,
