Changing connection info for a data source associated to a PBI report published on PBI Report Server

Hi,

I've saved my PBI Report on Power BI Report Server, but I cannot to change the connection info of the associated data source in order to point to production data source.

 

Any suggests to me to solve this issue, if possible, please?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

You may be able to update the data source connection info via API, but this approach doesn't apply to desktop file which means you can change the data source on web portal but the report cannot be opened in desktop then.
