Cannot start Power BI Desktop without Webview2 runtime

Hi Team,

Currently we are using power bi report server to deploy dashboards in client server.

Details of PowerBI report server.

We are unable to open dashboards in powerbi report server using powerbi desktop from last 5 days and below is the error that we are receiving when trying to open:

Please guide us to resolve this issue.

As the message says, you need to install the Webview2 runtime. This should be pre-installed on most versions of Windows 10 or 11, but you can also manually download and install it from here https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/
