Cannot open all Paginated reports

Hi All,  We are running to a issue that suddently cannot open all Paginated reports from any internet browser, and the issue was disappeard after half an hour automatically. I had tried to restart SQL engine service and PowerBI service and not fix the issue. 

Could advise where I can find out the root cause?

Hi @IreneLin ,

Please try to check the log for Report Server and the log for MSSQL Server, and you could also find some information in Event Viewer.

But there is no issue to open non - Paginated reports at the same time.
